Small-diameter site-cast pile "High-strength micropile method"

Forming high-strength and high-support piles effective for foundation reinforcement! Compatible with narrow workspaces using compact machinery!

The "High-Strength Micro Pile Method" is a technique for forming small-diameter cast-in-place piles that are effective for reinforcing foundations. By incorporating drilling techniques from ground anchor methods and pressure grouting techniques into conventional micro pile technology, high-strength steel pipes and large-diameter deformed bars are used to create piles with high strength and high load-bearing capacity. The construction machinery is compact, allowing for work in narrow and low-headroom spaces, and it is also capable of constructing inclined shafts, making it effective for reinforcement against horizontal forces. 【Features】 - Compact construction machinery allows for work in narrow and low-headroom spaces. - Capable of drilling in sandy gravel, cobble, and bedrock. - Combines high-strength steel pipes and deformed bars, achieving high strength and high load-bearing capacity through pressure grouting. - Capable of constructing inclined shafts and effective for reinforcement against horizontal forces.

All Casing Application Method: SENTAN Pile Method

Dramatic improvement in the reliability of piles! A construction method developed with consideration for the surrounding environment, seeking low noise and low vibration.

The "SENTAN Pile Method" is a construction method based on the all-casing method. After excavation is completed, a split concrete ring installed at the bottom of the hole is pushed in with a load of 2,000 kN/m² or more for each ring, thereby strengthening the tip ground and allowing for pile installation. It is suitable for structures with uneven settlement or strict settlement restrictions, and is appropriate for foundations of railway viaduct construction divided into first and second phases, as well as for the widening of road bridge piers. 【Features】 ■ Dramatic improvement in pile reliability ■ Reduction in total costs ■ Applicable to various structures ■ Compliance with design standards *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
